TURBO EP Gear Oils are best quality oils manufactured from superior quality base stocks and further fortified with EP additives, anti oxidants, anti rust and foam additives. These oils are known for excellent thermal stability, and oxidation stability. The main function of these Industrial Oils is to reduce the friction and wear by offering a lubricant film between working of meshing teeth and in case of enclosed gears to carry away the heat developed during the tooth contact or meshing gears.
Hydraulic Oil: We manufacture and supply a variety of Hydraulic Oil that includes Turbo Hydra - 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, and 220. These Oils are manufactured for the use in circulating systems made from high viscosity index, and chemically stable base stocks and further fortified with anti oxidants, anti corrosion, anti wear and anti foam additive. These are enough to meet the requirements of very high pressure systems and also of systems, where high pump speeds are encountered. The Hydraulic Oil manufactured by us is recommended for the use in Hydraulic Systems, Enclosed Gear Boxes, Chain Drives, Compressors, Vacuum Pump, Mining Machinery, Machine Tools, Hydraulic and Circulation Systems and Enclosed Gearboxes, which don't require EP type Lubricants.
General Purpose Machinery Oils:
TURBO GMP Oils 32, 68, 100,150, 220, 320, 460 are specially formulated with additives to improve the adhesiveness and film strength characteristics. These oils provide persistence of oil film to an unusual degree and are recognized for reducing power consumption, wear and maintenance costs. These Oils are General Purpose Lubricants used for once through applications situation in Textile Mills, Paper Mills, and Machine Tools, Steel Mills, etc.
Quenching Oils: We manufacture and supply excellent range of Quenching Oil 39, and 40. These are blends of refined Base Oils and contain Additives. Quench 39 is recommended for general purpose quenching of components and is suitable for quenching of cyanided parts. Quench 40 is best suitable in situation, where lower quenching speed is desired. Quench 42, 43 & 44 is an additive type of quenching oil with good dispersing characteristic and has excellent heat transfer properties. The carefully selected additive incorporated in this oil controls soiling of metallic parts during quenching by preventing dirt from accumulating on the metal and there lay by ensure uniforms hardness with minimum quench distortion.
Spindle Oils:Spindle 12, 15, 22 Oils are Low Viscosity Lubricants manufactured from lightly refined base stock having excellent chemical and ordination stability. The Spindle Oils provided by us are used for Lubricant of High Speed Machinery having systems, where the oil is continuously reused as in Bath Circulation, Splash or Ring Oil Methods for Lubrications. These oils are recommended for Lubrication of Textiles, Machine Tools, Timing Gears, Sewing and Knitting Spindle Bearing, Positive Displacement Blowers and by Hydraulic Systems of certain High Precision Machine Tools.
